Instructions

  • On all your printed materials print the directions: “Go to our Website for our Coupons, Sales, Bargains & Give-aways.” Where you have sound or audio, tell people the same message.
  • Give out the flyers found on the next page and hang at least one copy at the register and in a visible spot in a business window. We also have straight giveaway flyers to get some interest in going to your Web Pages.
  • You can use (advertising style) business cards to push people towards your Web Pages.
  • Design coupons or ads or great buys using our coupon/advertising software, we give you, by using your browser on your computer.
  • Link your new coupon page to your existing web site or use the web page we create for you FOR FREE.
  • Go to your Coupon/Ad Web Page (                                                                          )
  • Click on the EDIT spot on your coupon page to go to the login screen for your coupon/ad application. Log In with your user name/ID(                                            ) and Password           (                                                           )
  • You are now at your control panel page. Click on Coupon Manager in the menu  on the left.
  • If you already have coupons they are to the right and the menu is on the left below your banner. Above each coupon you have the choices of MAKE ACTIVE/INACTIVE, DUPLICATE,EDIT, and DELETE.
  • Click on ACTIVE to make a coupon active and visible to your customers.Making a coupon INACTIVE removes it from the visible coupon list, but saves it for use anytime in the future.
  • Clicking on DUPLICATE makes a copy of the coupon. The original coupon becomes a template for new coupons when you duplicate it. When you make changes on the duplicate coupon you will have two coupons when you are finished, and you will have saved a lot of time by not doing a lot of things over   and over. You can now ACTIVATE either coupon or both. You can also make  one or both coupons INACTIVE if you want.
  • Click on EDIT if you want to edit that coupon. Click on edit in any section you  want to edit. Editing instructions are the same as BUILDING NEW COUPON instructions found below. 
  • Click on DELETE to delete that coupon.

LEFT SIDE MENU

SETTINGS: This choice in the left menu allows you to enter your URL of your coupon page so you can participate in the cooperative coupon program. Fill in your URL to   join. Simply click the button  underneath the URL rectangle to opt out.COUPON LIST: Click to see all your coupons in your entire
list of coupons
BUILD NEW COUPON: Click here to build a new coupon.
Click SELECT below any one of the four templates you want to use for the new   coupon. Each section gives you a choice of IMAGE or TEXT for that section. Pick a section and click on IMAGEOR TEXT in that section.
If you pick TEXT: Type in the text you want to use in the top line. Then pick the SIZE,TYPE,FONT and COLOR. You can put text in from one to four lines.with all these options for all lines. Pick your horizontal and vertical alignment and click on  CONTINUE. If you don’t like it click REDO.
If you pick IMAGE: Click on the BROWSE button and go to folder with the picture you want to use on your computer. Pick one of the eight sizes for the size of the picture you are uploading. First choice is the smallest size as indicated by the width of the arrows and the last is the largest. Choose the horizontal and vertical alignment, and pick YES or NO for a border on no border..
EDIT the disclaimer line that runs across the entire bottom of the coupon.
Click on SAVE & ACTIVATE if you want to activate the coupon right now.
Click on SAVE & ACTIVATE LATER if you want to keep the coupon and use it later  or use it for a template or for some other purpose.
Click on DON’T SAVE if you don’t want to save this coupon for any reason.
SHOW ALL COUPONS: Click here to see all your coupons ACTIVE & INACTIVE
SHOW ACTIVE COUPONS: Click here to see only your ACTIVE coupons (visible to the public).
SHOW INACTIVE COUPONS: Click to see what coupons you have that are not  visible to the public, but are saved for you to see, change, duplicate or activate.
